Operation Supervisor
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from the top university
- Having min. 3 years experience in related area, preferably at the managerial level
- Able to handle walk-in channel
- Expert in face to face service
- Experienced in a service area (contact center, email etc)
- Willing to improve driver satisfaction
- Willing to effectively manage headcount
- Willing to be placed in Kudus, Central Java
- Language - Indonesian native, English is a plus
- Have a good knowledge of marketing or related fields
- Analytical, proactive, and a problem solver
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for completed orders and Profit and Loss target achievement
- Accountable for day-to-day Operations (Motorcycle driver-based service and Car driver-based service) including:
- Driver Acquisition Management (Outreach, Recruitment and Onboarding)
- Driver Empowerment Management (Loyalty & Retention and Safety & Performance Training), Driver Exit Management, Inventory Management (Driver Attributes and Driver Warrant)
- Coordinate with and liaise direct and/or matrix superiors for day-to-day escalated issues around driver service and customer service.
- Define, set, and apply strategies from operations perspective during the process of establishing the new area of service.
- Handling channel walk-in center on each region
- Ensuring problem-solving according to agreed process & based on a standard operational procedure
- Responsible to manage driver’s problems based on applied regulations
- Lead, and if necessary, empower and delegate subordinates to co-solve issues
- Manage service time, driver and customer satisfaction
