Minimum education: Bachelor Deegre in any major
Minimum 3 years experience as Exim Manager (Bag/Garment Factory)
Experienced in shipping or logistics Export Import
Having experience for the certificate of origin application process
Understand about customs export procedures
Understand about letter of credit
Mastering Ms. Office and Export Import support applications
Fluent in English both verbal and written.
Good network or relationship with government agencies
Good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Good communication skills and strong leadership
Able to work under pressure
Profesional looking
Willing to be placed at Jepara / Semarang (Central Java)

The following is a job description that will be occupied for the EXIM MANAGER PT. Kanindo Makmur Jaya

Task:

Managing Exim team
Organize import and export clearance.
Liaison with clearing agent and freight forwarders
Identify opportunities for cost savings, negotiation with freight forwarder
Coordinate with QA team to ensure all the relevant test reports and certificates are sent with the shipment
Ensure timely & correct documentation for import and export
Communication with relevant departments, LSP, EMKL / U and buyers
Co-ordination with global logistics team
Supervise and control the activities of making export shipping documents for all buyers

Responsibility:

Ensure that imports and exports can run well in accordance with applicable regulations
Ensuring the exim team works optimally
