1. HRD MANAGER, Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, in psychology, law, Human resources or similar education background
- Proven work experience for at least 7 year as leaning development and organization development
- Have experience in consulting is preferrent
- Strong communication & presentation skill in written or speaking both on English & bahasa
- Have an understanding UU cipta kerja and industrial relation
- Strong understanding with bussiness acumen, strategic thinking, implementation of HR concepts, processes and intruments
- Agile, communicative, high energy, collaborative, person and adaptive
- Able work with data, detail and strong analytical thinking
- Bachelor Degree, any major
- Comprehensive literacy on payroll practices and legislation (Tax,BPJS, Labour, related)
- Advanced computer skill of Ms.Office
- Minimum 1 year of working experience as payroll staff
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Bachelor Degree, major Accounting
- Advanced computer skill of Ms.Office
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Adaptable, eager to learn and achievement oriented
- Strong interpersonal, good communication
