Qualifications:
- This position plays a key role in managing and developing our company's Humar Resources Information Systems (HRIS). As an HRIS Leader, will lead a team indonesia and India to conduct the assessment, design, vendor selection, testing and pass-through by taking advantage of global resources based on the company's HIRS framework and blueprint. There Will be responsible for ensuring that all the functions work effectively, properly integrated and maintained on a continuous basis to recognise the company's strategic and operational needs
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 projects experience in HRIS system management in a similar-sized company and industry
- Good understand of Indonesian HRIS market and system vendors
- Strong knowledge of HRIS technology and a deep understanding of HR concepts.
- Strong analytical skills and a grasp of data analysis concepts.
- English proficiency level can be working language
- Effective communication and training skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in software development and programming is a plus
